Complaints procedure

We aim to provide the best possible care, but if you are dissatisfied we want to hear from you. This page explains how you can submit a complaint and what you can expect from us.

Step 1: talk to your therapist or practice management

If you are dissatisfied with your care, we ask you to discuss this with your therapist or with the practice management in the first instance. You can contact us by phone (010 – 254 38 96) or by email (info@maveraggz.nl). We will respond to your question or complaint within 5 working days.

Step 2: independent complaints officer (Wkkgz)

Mavera GGZ has a complaints procedure in accordance with the Dutch Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can turn to an independent complaints officer. Please contact us for more information about this procedure.

Your rights as a client

As a client of Mavera GGZ you have rights under the WGBO (Medical Treatment Contracts Act) and the WKKGZ (Quality, Complaints and Disputes in Healthcare Act). These include the right to information, the right to consent, the right of access to your medical records and the right to submit a complaint. We respect these rights and will always respond to your complaint seriously and with care.
